VOLS Senior Law Project Director, Peter Kempner, testified at the New York City Council Committee on Aging’s Preliminary Budget Hearing on March 14th. He spoke about why the Council’s financial support for the VOLS Senior Law Project is crucial to helping older adult New Yorkers to plan for their future, and thanked the Council for funding our work for low-income New Yorkers over 60.
