On June 12, 2018, the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Veterans, Committee on Continuing Legal Education, Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, Family Law Section and Trusts and Estates Law Section sponsored a full day CLE program entitled “A Comprehensive, Multidisciplinary Review of How to Serve Veterans in Your Legal Practice” at the Bar’s headquarters in Albany. The program was also available via live webcast.  Elderly Project Director, Peter Kempner, presented on “Eligibility and Rights in VA Funded Homelessness Prevention Programs.”
