On April 24, the New York City Bar Association’s Pro Bono & Legal Services Committee presented “Cross-Cultural Competence in Pro Bono Representation: Best practices for working with and for people from different cultures.” It was an energetic and thoughtful conversation and overview of the different issues related to cross-cultural competence, with a distinguished panel and an engaged audience.
