The VOLS Senior Law Project Training Manual is current as of January 1, 2023. It reflects changes to the New York State Power of Attorney Form that took effect on June 13th, 2021. It also reflects the fact that as of June 24th, 2021, virtual witnessing and notarization are no longer an option in New York State, and as of September 20, 2021 our program name has changed from the Elderly Project to the Senior Law Project.
