Eileen Eng

Eileen Eng joined VOLS as the Director of Operations in 2023. Eileen oversees the Finance, Administration and Human Resources operations of the organization with the goal of improving VOLS’ effectiveness in fulfilling its mission. Prior to joining VOLS, Eileen served as the Associate Director of Operations at Youth Represent where she managed the day-to-day functions and responsibilities of the office, including its policies and procedures. Eileen’s experience in the non-profit sector comes from her commitment to using her skills to support organizations that provide valuable services to her community. She has a B.A. in Political Science and Globalization Studies from the University at Albany.
