VOLS Incarcerated Mothers Law Project is excited to welcome Spring 2023 intern Mia Collins! Mia is a 3L at UC Berkely School of Law, where she has served as co-development committee chair of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law, as well as a member of the Berkeley Journal of African-American Law and Policy, and the Law Students of African Descent committee.
This past summer, Mia interned at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP as a 2022 Summer Associate. In summer of 2021, Mia interned for Judge Alex Manning at the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, GA. Prior to attending law school, she worked for Wells Fargo in Credit Bureau Operations. Mia graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019 with a B.A. in Dramatic Arts and a minor in Latin.
Mia is interning with VOLS full-time this semester and we are so excited to work with her.
